Energoatom keeps improving and developing its staff

On October 15, the second stage of report defense took place at the Head Office of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” as part of the implementation of the General program for training and development of talent pipeline.

This is a crucial stage in implementing measures to enhance the company's operations and invest in the ongoing development of personnel for the future of Ukraine's nuclear industry. Each of Energoatom's employees is ready to work in the challenging conditions faced by Ukraine's energy sector during the military aggression.

This time, participants presented on the automation of operational and prospective schedules for NPP power units, aiming to improve electricity production planning efficiency, the optimization of operational switching during VVER-440 reactor overhauls, and the economic feasibility of utilizing internal and external resources during metal cutting.

As a reminder, the talent pipeline of C-level executives includes representatives of Energoatom's branches (RNPP, ZNPP, KhNPP, SUNPP, STC, AEM) and the JSC's Head Office. Three more similar events are planned for October-November 2025.

The next stage of staff development from the talent pipeline of C-level executives of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” is expected to be implemented in 2026. In particular, internships at the sites of the company's branches and participation in training seminars are planned.
