On April 9, a meeting of representatives of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, headed by Executive Director for Human Resources Bohdan Shmyhelskyi, with the administration of Vinnytsia National Technical University took place at VNTU.
The event became another step in strengthening the strategic partnership between the country’s leading power generating enterprise and one of the key technical universities of Ukraine.
The parties discussed the implementation of the tripartite agreements program and the prospects for dual education, which allow students to gain practical experience as well as simplify their further employment.
Owing to cooperation of Energoatom with the Department of Power Plants and Systems of VNTU, more than 50 graduates have joined the team of nuclear employees of Ukraine. The tripartite agreements program allowed 53 students to get high-quality practical training.
Energoatom also supports the scientific and pedagogical staff of specialized departments.
Cooperation with leading technical universities of Ukraine remains one of the key priorities of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”. The Company systematically invests in training for new generations of specialists who will join the work at nuclear power plants and develop the energy sector of the state tomorrow.
