Energoatom's corporatization plan: transformation into a joint-stock company will follow a clear plan
On June 27, at its meeting, the Government of Ukraine approved a plan to transform the state-owned enterprise National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom into a joint-stock company (JSC) with 100% of its shares owned by the state.
