According to Art. 6 of this Law, it enters into force the next day after publication.
According to the Law, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should decide on the establishment of a joint-stock company within two months while conducting a competitive selection and appointing the full composition of its Supervisory Board within six months.
Energoatom supports the implementation of the steps to corporatize the Company within the terms specified by the Law and will assist the Government in achieving the task at hand.
