On October 29, the Head Office of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” held the third round of presentations in its General Program for Training and Development of Talent Pipeline. The program aims to continuously and comprehensively improve the company's activities and ensure ongoing professional staff growth for the future of Ukraine's nuclear energy sector.
This time, participants reported on the following topics:
- “Prospects for the development of a satellite town of the affiliate “SS KhNPP” and available quick ways to improve the living conditions of internally displaced persons”;
- “Creation and automation of an HR process management system”;
- “Remuneration of employees of the management bodies of the joint-stock company in the context of corporate governance. Features of implementation.”
As a reminder, the senior management talent pipeline includes representatives from Energoatom affiliates (RNPP, ZNPP, KhNPP, SUNPP, STC, and AEM) and the Head Office of the joint-stock company. Two additional similar events are planned for November 2025.
And in 2026, the next stage of staff development from the senior management talent pipeline of JSC “NNEGC”Energoatom" is planned – internships at the company's affiliates and participation in training seminars.
