For the second time in a month, the hospital blood bank of the specialized primary healthcare unit in Netishyn held a blood donation day on January 28. Representatives of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Blood Center collected material to save defenders' lives.
About 60 people expressed a desire to donate blood; most were employees of the affiliate “SS KhNPP” of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom.
Olena Trembovetska, an employee of the Economic Planning Administration, has been a donor since 2016. She emphasizes that donation is a noble cause that helps to save people, which is what life is all about.
Mykhailo Dotsenko, an employee of the Occupational Safety Service, shared his thoughts: “I regularly follow the announcements of blood donation centers. Donating blood to help save lives is everyone's duty, a small contribution to the Victory.”
According to the blood donation schedule, specialists regularly visit different localities. In particular, seven such events are planned in Netishyn per year. However, work is underway to organize additional days for blood donation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. “We strive to provide everyone with the opportunity to donate blood and help those in need,” said Tetyana Didych, director of the specialized primary healthcare unit in Netishyn.
Every drop of blood contributes to saving the lives of our military, and Netishyn residents are actively involved in this important cause.
