The Supervisory Board of Joint Stock Company "National Nuclear Energy Generating Company "Energoatom" (hereinafter referred to as "Energoatom" or the "Company") announces the commencement of an international competitive selection process for the position of Management Board Member responsible for Human Capital.
About Energoatom
Energoatom is Ukraine's largest electricity generation company and the operator of the country's nuclear power generation fleet, which accounts for more than 55% of the nation's electricity production and constitutes one of the key pillars of Ukraine's energy security.
The Company operates the Rivne, South Ukraine and Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plants, as well as the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, which is currently under temporary Russian occupation and is one of the largest nuclear power complexes in Europe. In addition to its nuclear assets, Energoatom manages pumped storage and hydropower facilities and operates the Centralised Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage Facility.
In 2025, the Company generated more than 54 billion kWh of electricity. Energoatom employs approximately 30,000 people, making it one of Ukraine's largest state-owned enterprises and one of the country's most strategically important organisations.
Energoatom is implementing an ambitious programme for the development of nuclear energy, the modernisation of its generation assets, the enhancement of operational resilience, and the expansion of international cooperation. At the same time, the Company is introducing new anti-corruption mechanisms and continues to strengthen its corporate governance framework, organisational effectiveness, and institutional capacity in line with leading international standards.

Candidate Profile
The Supervisory Board is seeking a leader with an impeccable professional reputation and a proven track record in human resources management within Ukraine's largest companies.
The candidate should demonstrate:
▪ Strategic thinking and the ability to develop a long-term vision for human capital development in line with the Company's strategic priorities.
▪ An impeccable professional reputation, high standards of integrity and ethical leadership, and a strong commitment to the principles of corporate governance, transparency, and compliance.
▪ Experience in implementing complex organisational transformations, including the transformation of organisational structures, the HR function, and corporate culture in line with international standards and global best practices.
▪ A successful track record in leadership development and building a strong management team, including executive development, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
▪ Leadership and change management skills, with the ability to effectively manage transformation, ensure organisational resilience, adaptability, and team cohesion in conditions of uncertainty.
▪ Strategic talent management, including talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and future workforce capability planning.
▪ The ability to foster a culture of high performance, integrity, and accountability, and to cultivate an environment of trust, collaboration, open dialogue, and continuous improvement.
▪ Strong business acumen, with an understanding of the Company's financial, operational, and strategic activities, and the ability to align HR solutions with business objectives.

▪ Stakeholder management, with the ability to build effective relationships with the Management Board, the Supervisory Board, executives, employees, trade unions, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
▪ A high level of communication and emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of open feedback.
▪ A people development orientation, with the ability to create conditions that support professional development, employee engagement, employee well-being, and the successful reintegration of veterans into the workplace.
▪ Demonstrated ability to lead workforce resilience, organisational continuity and employee engagement during periods of significant uncertainty, crisis or national emergency.
▪ Demonstrated experience working constructively with trade unions and employee representatives within large unionised organisations.
Given the nature of Energoatom's operations, a thorough knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the areas of labour relations, corporate governance, and human resources management is an essential requirement, including labour law, legislation governing remuneration, occupational health and safety, mobilisation preparedness and military registration, employee social protection, personal data protection, anti-corruption legislation, compliance, as well as other laws and regulations governing the activities of state-owned enterprises and companies with state ownership.
Preference will be given to candidates with a successful track record of leading large-scale organisational, operational, or strategic transformation programmes in major corporations, public institutions, operators of critical infrastructure, or other organisations of strategic importance to the country's economy and security.
Experience supporting and strengthening organisational safety culture, high reliability principles and human performance programmes will be considered an advantage.
The successful candidate must be fluent in Ukrainian. Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
Strategic Mandate
Key priorities will include:
▪ Developing and implementing a strategy for talent acquisition, development, and retention, forecasting human capital requirements, strengthening the employer brand, and introducing modern competency assessment approaches aligned with the Company's strategic objectives.
▪ Establishing a leadership development system, implementing modern leadership development programmes, applying international potential assessment tools, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and professional development.
▪ Building a talent pipeline, assessing the readiness of potential successors, implementing their development programmes, and ensuring succession planning for key leadership positions in cooperation with the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.
▪ Developing future workforce capability to support new nuclear build programmes and long-term operational excellence.
▪ Developing the organisational structure in line with the Company's strategic priorities, implementing organisational transformations, and introducing modern digital HR solutions and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the HR function.
▪ Fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, compliance, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and a positive employee experience, supporting veterans, and developing an organisation that is ready for change.
▪ Developing and implementing a modern performance management system, ensuring alignment of individual and team objectives with the Company's strategy, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, and leveraging HR analytics to support management decision-making.
Selection Principles

▪ Equal opportunity and fairness. All candidates will have equal opportunities to participate in the selection process and will be assessed against the same criteria.
▪ Transparency and integrity of the process. The Supervisory Board will ensure a structured, consistent, and transparent selection process in accordance with the approved procedures and assessment criteria.
▪ Confidentiality. Information provided by candidates will be used solely for assessment purposes and processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and professional standards.
▪ Integrity and reputation. Particular attention will be paid to candidates' professional ethics, integrity, and professional reputation.

Search and Selection Process
To ensure a professional, independent, and internationally recognised selection process that reflects international best practices, the Supervisory Board has appointed ODGERS as its advisor for the search, assessment, and selection of candidates.
ODGERS will conduct the search for candidates, assess their managerial and leadership competencies, and provide support to the Supervisory Board throughout all stages of the competitive selection process.
