Branch “SS “Administrative Department”

History of creation

SS “Administrative Department” was established in August 2002. In order to ensure the emergency preparedness of the Company NPPs, the satellite communication system of emergency response was put into operation in 2006. It allows the Kyiv Emergency Response Center to receive operational parameters of NPP units and to conduct video conferences with all subdivisions of the Company. At the same time, the system of digital communication channels with all subdivisions of the Company was established; it unites local computer networks and automatic-telephone systems of separate subdivisions.

Purpose and areas of activity

The main purpose of the branch SS “Administrative Department” is to provide commercial, economic, logistical and service support for the personnel of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” Directorate and its separate subdivisions located in the city of Kyiv.

Main tasks

In order to achieve the target goal, the branch SS “Administrative Department” carries out the following activities:

ensuring the operation and maintenance of buildings and structures, engineering equipment owned by JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” in the city of Kyiv;
providing economic support for employees’ workplaces, observing proper working conditions and fire safety rules;
providing communications and dispatching controls, servicing computer equipment;
ensuring the proper technical condition of control, access control and video surveillance systems;
ensuring transport services for the Company management, separate subdivisions in the city of Kyiv and Diratorate employees, as well as ensuring motor transport maintenance;
arranging trade, economic and support services.
