Branch “SS “Centralized Procurement”

History of creation

The branch “SS “Centralized Procurement” was established by reorganizing Separate Subdivision “Atomkomplekt” (set up in accordance with the decision of the Company’s Executive Board dated 31/07/2002 No. 37 and Order dated 15/08/2002 No. 573), based on the application for organizational change No. 1 dated 19/05/2021, and Order of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom” dated 26/05/2021 No. 01-523-n.

Purpose and areas of activity

Ensuring centralized procurement of products, works and services in accordance with the procedure established by the Company, including NPP safety-related systems, in accordance with the requirements of standards, norms and rules on nuclear and radiation safety during operation, modernization, reconstruction, completion of power units, and during maintenance activities.

Main tasks and areas of activity

Performance of the functions of the centralized procurement purchaser stipulated by the Company regulatory, organizational and administrative and production documentation.

Preparation and conduct of a bidding campaign for the purchase of products, works and services, and its overall coordination.

Development, support for coordination and approval of the annual procurement plan.

Involvement and active participation of the branch “SS CP” in the strategic procurement of the Company.

Cooperation with international donor organizations and coordination of humanitarian aid receipt.
