The Guardians of Light NGO continues to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. One of the key priorities for JSC NNEGC Energoatom volunteers remains providing Ukrainian defenders with vehicles. During the first six months of 2026, Energoatom employees delivered 17 vehicles directly to military units.
Most of them are high-mobility vehicles, including SUVs, pickup trucks, and cargo and passenger vans. These vehicles are used to carry out combat missions and provide logistical support on the front line.
Volunteers say that every vehicle delivered represents weeks of dedicated effort. The process begins with identifying a suitable vehicle through Ukrainian and international marketplaces and coordinating the selection with the military unit that will receive it. They then complete the necessary paperwork, plan the route, purchase travel tickets for the driver, arrange travel abroad, and bring the vehicle back to Ukraine.
Once in Ukraine, each vehicle undergoes a thorough technical inspection and, if necessary, repairs at a service centre. Only then is it handed over to the military. Every vehicle must be fully mission-ready before it is delivered to its unit.
Despite the challenges, the volunteers remain unwavering in their commitment:
"We will continue supporting Ukraine's defenders for as long as necessary. Only by standing together can we restore peace in our country."
