For the two years of operation of the Energoatom call center for advisory assistance, about 27,000 appeals have been processed

Two years ago, on October 6, the Company opened the call center for advisory assistance for nuclear employees who were in the temporarily occupied territories or had left those areas.

The employees of the Department of Contractual Regulation and Social Issues of the Executive Personnel  Directorate of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, together with specialists of the Zaporizhzhia NPP, have already answered more than 29,000 questions voiced by phone or sent by e-mail. Moreover, this is without taking into account numerous appeals in various messengers.

The most frequently asked questions were:

• vacation formalization: almost 14,500 appeals;
• personnel issues, providing certificates from the place of work: 3.3 thousand appeals;
• working modes and changes in the work schedule: more than 2 thousand;
• financial aspects: about 2,000 applications;
• receiving material assistance: 1.6 thousand appeals;
• employment: more than 700 appeals.
