During a working visit to Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant, Energoatom CEO Petro Kotin spoke about cooperation with Westinghouse on the future completion of KhNPP Units 3 and 4.
“Westinghouse is conducting a safety analysis to bring the power unit to the state-of-the-art technology level. Currently, this is the most advanced technology in the world, so the third and fourth units will meet the safety level at the fifth and sixth units – AP1000,” said Petro Kotin.
