During his meeting with students of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi emphasized that our state needed to rely on the nuclear industry.
“Today, nuclear generation saved the lives of Ukrainians. This is a fact. And it is precisely because of such extensive experience of the “nuclear power sector”, I believe that Ukraine needs to develop the industry,” he said.
Volodymyr Zelenskyi also added that Ukraine, together with France, are the leaders of nuclear power sector in Europe.
“Now, when the russians have caused us blackouts, everyone has understood what power industry is and what nuclear sector is,” Head of State emphasized.
