Energoatom completed the defense of reports by representatives of talent pipeline

On November 19, the final, fifth stage of the defense of reports within the framework of the implementation of the General Program for Training and Development of Talent Pipeline took place. Employees of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, participating in the program, once again presented new ideas for improving various areas of the company activities.

This time, they reported on:

   • image initiatives of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” in the development of leisure activities for different age groups in the town of Pivdennoukrainsk: a strategic view;

   • use of the procedure for joint transit of goods to simplify their customs clearance and logistics;

   • automation of control of compliance of expenses by economic elements during internal transfers as a tool for improving the qualitative characteristics of financial reporting;

   • improvement of housing conditions for internally displaced persons by providing them with mobile buildings and creating a walking area for residents and guests of the town.

In total, during October-November, 17 reports were presented by talent pipeline of senior managers, including representatives of Energoatom affiliates (RNPP, ZNPP, KhNPP, SUNPP, STC, AEM) and the JSC Head Office.

The implementation of the next stage of employee development for talent pipeline representatives of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” senior management is expected in 2026. In particular, internships for program participants at the company affiliates and their participation in training workshops are planned.
