By Resolution No. 663-r of July 1, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Dominique Minière and Matthew H. Murray as independent members of the Supervisory Board of Joint Stock Company “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company “Energoatom”.
They will replace Patrick Fragman and Brice Yves Andre Bohuon, whose terms of office ended prematurely.
With these appointments, the formation of the full composition of the Supervisory Board of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” has been completed, creating the necessary conditions for its effective and uninterrupted operation in the interests of the Company and the State.
