On March 17, 2025, a conference of the labor collective of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” Directorate and the branches SS “Administrative Department”, SS “Scientific and Technical Center”, SS “Energoatom-Trading”, SS “Centralized Procurement”, SS “Atomprojectengineering” was held on the implementation of the Collective Agreement based on the performance results in 2024. The obligations under the Collective Agreement were recognized as fulfilled.
In particular, during the conference, it was noted, that in 2024 Energoatom:
- allocated almost UAH 2 bln for social development;
- provided more than UAH 3 bln for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- allocated UAH 54 mln to improve the living conditions of employees.
The Company supports the employees who stood up for the defense of Ukraine, provides them with everything they need and continues to pay salary, as well as fulfills social obligations defined by the Collective Agreement.
“In 2024, Energoatom ensured the stable operation of Ukrainian NPPs, fulfilled all obligations to the workforce, and continued the implementation of social programs and support for the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Recognition of the implementation of the Collective Agreement is confirmation of the Company effective performance despite all challenges,” Head of Energoatom Petro Kotin emphasized.
