Tripartite cooperation: Energoatom - university – student. It is the basis of future success in the nuclear industry

main

The Ukrainian nuclear industry has a significant potential for development, so Energoatom constantly attracts young specialists to work in the Company. An important tool in this process is the conclusion of tripartite agreements (university - student - NPP) during the student training in nuclear specialties.

By concluding such an agreement, the student, upon completion of his studies, receives guarantees of employment at the relevant NPP.

As of March 31 of this year, 127 tripartite agreements were concluded with universities providing training for future nuclear employees.

Three leading Ukrainian HEIs include:

   • National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” - 34 agreements;

   • National University “Odesa Polytechnic” - 28 agreements;

   • Vinnytsia National Technical University - 23 agreements.

Over the past year, 234 young specialists who completed their studies at specialized universities were employed at domestic nuclear power plants.

Given the global nuclear renaissance, the demand for qualified specialists will only grow. That is why Energoatom is interested in attracting young people to study at higher education institutions that train specialists for the nuclear energy industry.

Young specialists, together with experienced nuclear engineers from NAEK, will work on the development of the Ukrainian nuclear industry, ensuring reliable energy supply and energy security for our country.
