On May 29, on the initiative of Strategic Communications Directorate of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, in cooperation with the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security as the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine, a specialized online training was held for communications specialists representing all nuclear power plants of our country.
Head of the Center Ihor Solovey welcomed the training participants and, in particular, emphasized, “The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security and Energoatom are long-standing colleagues and partners. In our work, we adhere to the principle of combining theory with experience. The training sessions are conducted by my colleagues who have practical experience in their field and a great bundle of knowledge.”
The training event became an important step in inter-institutional cooperation in the field of information security and strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure against hybrid threats from the enemy.
Energoatom specialists are constantly improving their competence in the field of strategic communications and countering disinformation. Such types of specialized training strengthen the professional community, increasing the nuclear industry’s resilience to information attacks.
