The safe, ethical, and responsible operation of the Company is impossible without the commitment and vigilance of every employee and partner. Those who are directly involved in the Company's operational and business processes are often best positioned to identify situations that may require attention or response.
The Supervisory Board supports the creation of an environment in which everyone can safely and in good faith report circumstances that may harm the Company, its employees, partners, reputation, or the interests of the State.
The Company is currently working on establishing a dedicated reporting channel (whistleblowing system) to ensure a comprehensive and proper review and assessment of each reported concern, incident, or situation.
As a temporary measure, until such reporting system becomes fully operational, the Company has established a dedicated secure email mailbox for receiving reports from employees, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding:
- potential violations of applicable laws and regulations;
- instances of fraud, corruption, or abuse;
- conflicts of interest;
- breaches of the Company's internal policies and procedures;
- risks relating to safety, integrity, or good governance;
- other improper actions or circumstances that may adversely affect the Company’s operations.
Such reports may be submitted to: [email protected].
To ensure an independent and impartial review of reports, access to the mailbox will be restricted to a limited number of individuals (internal and external specialists) authorized to conduct the initial review and propose appropriate follow-up actions. No other employees, officers, managers, or representatives of the Company will have access to this mailbox.
All reports will be reviewed appropriately and handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements.
The Supervisory Board encourages everyone to report, in good faith, any concerns regarding potential violations or risks. Reporting a concern should not be viewed as disloyalty to colleagues or to the Company. On the contrary, it is a responsible action that contributes to protecting the interests of the Company, its employees, and all stakeholders.
Thank you for your professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to the principles of integrity.
Yours sincerely,
Chair of the Supervisory Board
Rumina Velshi
