Bohdan Shmyhelskyi, Executive Director for Human Resources at JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, and members of the company's Head office primary trade union organization visited the Chernihiv Regional Children's Hospital and delivered critically important equipment that ensures the smooth operation of the medical facility and the city community.
Employee charitable donations enabled the purchase of backup power supplies and sweet gifts for children in the hospital's trauma and surgery departments. One of the autonomous power supply systems was purchased by Energoatom's public organization “Guards of Light”.
Tetiana Lebedeva, Director General of the Chernihiv Regional Children's Hospital, expressed gratitude to the Energoatom team for their assistance, emphasizing that even amidst constant russian shelling of energy facilities and the risk of blackouts, healthcare facilities must operate smoothly.
Bohdan Shmyhelskyi stressed that helping communities and the military is a manifestation of social responsibility and a significant part of strengthening national resilience and unity: "In these challenging times for the country, we should join forces where it is really necessary. Caring for people is not just about working with staff, but also about responsibility to society. We are grateful to the medical staff for their continuous work and for saving lives."
