On August 25, a regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of JSC "NNEGC "Energoatom" was held in Kyiv.
Members of the Supervisory Board and the Company’s Executive Board reviewed the implementation of previous decisions and discussed key aspects of Energoatom performance. These included the Company's preparations for the autumn and winter period.
Particular attention was paid to corporate governance. The participants considered amendments to Energoatom's Charter aimed at enhancing the openness and transparency of the Company’s operations.
The Supervisory Board, together with the Executive Board, focused on the approval of the financial and annual investment plans, as well as the maximum amount of Energoatom capital investment for 2026.
Following the meeting, the Supervisory Board and the Company’s Executive Board identified priority areas for further activities to further enhance the efficiency, transparency and stability of Energoatom operations.
The Supervisory Board reaffirmed that nuclear and radiation safety remain the Company's highest priority and the foundation for all operational and strategic decisions.
In the coming days, Board members will hold working meetings with tthe Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Ministers of Energy and Economy, members of parliament, international partners and ambassadors of the G7 countries.
