main

This year marks the fifth anniversary of the information and educational project “Energoatom Junior#AtomSeeksTalents”, initiated by Strategic Communications Directorate of NNEGC “Energoatom”. The project was launched in 2020; and since that time, 159 young participants from all satellite towns of nuclear power plants and 30-kilometer surveillance area have been involved.

Every month during the academic year, the project team presented video stories about talented youth successful in various fields: sports, fine arts, music, choreography, scientific research and technical inventions. The heroes of the stories were gifted children and teenagers from Varash, Netishyn, Pivdennoukrainsk and Energodar – the future of Ukrainian science, culture and energy sector.

Despite the war, “Energoatom Junior#AtomSeeksTalents” has not stopped. On the contrary, its format became even more relevant and acquired a distinctive career focus, inspiring young people not only to develop their talents, but also to plan a future related to the power industry of Ukraine.

During the 2024-2025 academic year, stories of 27 new project participants appeared on social networks – 9 talented children from each satellite towns of the Khmelnytskyi, Rivne and South Ukraine NPPs.

Solemn awards ceremonies for the finalists are traditionally held at the end of the academic year in each NPP satellite town with the plant management participation.

The five-year celebration of “Energoatom Junior#AtomSeeksTalents” is not just an anniversary, but also a testament to sustainable development, support for gifted youth, and commitment to the main mission: to unlock potential of a new generation of Ukrainians, for whom nuclear industry is not only a reliable source of energy, but also a source of inspiration.

We are grateful to everyone who has been with us during all these years!
