President of SE "NNEGC "Energoatom" Petro Kotin noted that this law takes into account all peculiarities of the nuclear industry of Ukraine during the transition to a modern model of corporate governance.
"The corporatization will also increase the Company's capitalization and accelerate the development of the domestic nuclear power industry," he emphasized, thanking the people's deputies for the adopted decision.
As a reminder, the Law "On Peculiarities of the Formation of Joint-Stock Company "NNEGC "Energoatom" determines the procedure for the establishment of JSC, 100 per cent of the shares of which will be owned by the state, as well as the procedure for its operation and formation of authorized capital.
