JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” announces that on June 25, authorized law enforcement agencies are conducting investigative activities at the Khmelnytskyi NPP site.
According to information available to the company, the investigative activities concern certain procurement procedures carried out in previous years.
Energoatom is providing full cooperation to law enforcement agencies, supplying all necessary documentation and information in accordance with Ukrainian law, and is committed to a comprehensive, objective, and impartial investigation into all circumstances of the case.
The company’s current management consistently adheres to the principles of transparency and accountability in corporate governance, supports full cooperation with law enforcement agencies, and advocates for a proper legal assessment of all possible violations, regardless of when they occurred.
The investigative proceedings do not affect production processes or the safety of the facility’s operation. The Khmelnytskyi NPP is operating normally, ensuring the reliable and safe operation of its power units and stable electricity generation to meet the country’s needs.
