At the end of the first month of 2024, Ukrainian NPPs generated 5,882.931 million kWh, which is over 1 billion kWh more year-on-year.
Due to the large-scale maintenance campaign carried out last summer and autumn, in wintertime, Energoatom managed to operate all nine power units located on the territory controlled by Ukraine.
Nuclear in Ukraine remains the largest by the share of electricity production.
