Corporatization is a change in Energoatom's corporate form from a state-owned enterprise to a joint-stock company.
It will help improve the efficiency of the Company's governance. Furthermore, administrative pressure and political leverage will decrease, making NNEGC "Energoatom" a more attractive enterprise for investment.
As a result, the Company expects to grow its profit and raise the salary level of its employees.
