Khmelnytskyi NPP team wins charity triathlon to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The charity Energy Sprint Triathlon 2024 hosted annually by the Rivne NPP, took place on August 10 at the White Lake Rehabilitation and Recreation Complex. The athletes from Netishyn competed together with participants from Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Rivne, and representatives of other Ukrainian NPPs.

Seven representatives of the KhNPP team took part in the individual championship, and six more Netishyn residents as part of two teams competed in the relay race. The athletes successfully completed three stages: 750-meter swimming, 20 km cycling, and 5 km race.

Maya Abramovych, an employee of the affiliate ”SS KhNPP”, became the winner in the absolute standings among women, while Maria Kharytonenko from Netishyn took second place.

In the relay race, the Dodgers, consisting of employees of the Khmelnytskyi NPP's power repair unit, won first place.

Among Khmelnytskyi NPP employees, Vadym Misko took the podium in the 30-39-year-old category; Denys Gordieiev and Oleksandra Zhebel were third in the 40-49-year-old category.

Khmelnytskyi NPP also took the first team place among the branches of Energoatom, and Maya Abramovych became ”the fastest employee of Energoatom”.

Most importantly, through joint efforts, the participants, organizers, and fans raised funds to purchase the necessary equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine!
