The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the terms of civil law contracts to be signed with independent members and state representatives of the Supervisory Board of JSC “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company “Energoatom”. The respective decision No. 129-r dated 06/02/2026 was published on the government’s official website.
Once the contracts are signed, the newly formed and approved Supervisory Board will be granted full authority to begin its work.
In January, the nomination committee completed the selection process for the new Supervisory Board of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”. The list of its members is available at the link.
