Having taken charge of the area leadership, Arkadiy Vtoroy took responsibility for developing the WPC Guidelines and Good Practices portfolio and quickly demonstrated an exceptional level of leadership and professionalism.
His success story was featured in the WANO Paris Centre Flash.
Through active engagement with members, WANO representatives and Functional Leads, Arkadiy helped WPC achieve its 2025 target of six published good practices for working level observations (WLO).
This milestone has been reached in many years.
He developed and submitted all identified good practices to WANO London Office for approval.

As a reminder, Arkadiy Vtoroy began his professional career at Safety Analysis Service, South Ukrainian NPP, after graduating from Odessa Polytechnic University in 2010. Within his engineering work, he gained valuable experience; it is very helpful in his current activities.
