In 2024, the Company signed an agreement with Holtec to build a plant for the manufacture of parts for small modular reactors and components for the Centralized Spent Fuel Storage Facility.
“This is a significant step in the development of Ukraine’s technological potential, as well as the opportunity of exporting products to other countries,” Energoatom Head Petro Kotin commented in an interview with the TV channel “We are Ukraine”.
