Increase of nuclear capacity in Ukraine became the main topic of the discussion initiated by the Ukrainian Nuclear Society within the framework of the 10th International Conference INUDECO 2025. Representatives of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” joined the discussion and spoke about:
- technological features of high-capacity power unit projects;
- readiness for the implementation of such projects in Ukraine;
- scientific and technical support for investment projects in nuclear field, in particular regarding the construction of new power units.
The nuclear employees discussed the possibilities of using international experience and modern regulatory approaches, and identified key steps for the implementation of new nuclear projects in Ukraine.
After all, according to the participants, the development of domestic nuclear generation is of strategic importance for the energy security and independence of our state.
