JSC “NNEGC ”Energoatom" conducted its periodic internal assessment of corruption risks in 2025, following Ukraine's anti-corruption legislation and its Anti-Corruption Program provisions.
Acting CEO of Energoatom, Pavlo Kovtonyuk, approved the Register of Risks Identified in the Company's Activities. A working group comprising managers and employees from the company’s structural and separate subdivisions conducted an internal assessment of potential corruption risks.
By the end of 2026, Energoatom plans to implement the measures identified by the working group to minimize or eliminate the identified corruption risks.
As a reminder, the OECD monitoring team recently published a report stating that Energoatom was among the five largest Ukrainian companies to demonstrate high results in the area of “Business Integrity.”
