During January-June 2025, no exceedances of permissible and reference levels of emissions and discharges of radioactive substances from the nuclear power plants of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” into the environment were recorded.
All radiation parameters characterizing the operation of NPPs in the first half of this year remained within regulatory limits. Radiation protection of personnel and the public living in the surrounding areas was ensured at the proper level, which indicates the stable and safe operation of nuclear energy facilities.
Radiation safety is monitored around the clock, in compliance with all requirements of nuclear and radiation legislation. Energoatom continues to take all necessary measures to preserve the ecological balance and the safety of citizens.
