In order to enhance cooperation with counterparties and taking into account the economic situation in Ukraine, NNEGC has significantly reduced payment deadlines in draft contracts for the supply of goods, performance of works and provision of services for the period of martial law.
The updated approach to the formation of contractual terms regarding the establishment of payment deadlines is related to a review of the financial burden on the company. For the steady operation of Energoatom in conditions of increased challenges, the following aspects are also remained of importance:
- taking into account the criticality, significance and urgency in conducting procurement;
- strict adherence to the principles of public procurement defined by the legislation of Ukraine.
The introduced changes will contribute to strengthening partnership relations and increasing the efficiency of interaction with suppliers.
