In order to enhance partnership between the companies, a working meeting was held with participation of Petro Kotin, Head of Energoatom, and the top management of the European representative offices of the Korean companies “Hyundai Engineering and Construction” and “Hyundai Engineering”.
The Korean partners also confirmed their interest in Energoatom’s large infrastructure projects, namely the completion of Units 3 and 4 using VVER-1000 technology and the construction of power Units 5 and 6 using AP1000 technology at the Khmelnytskyi NPP. The parties discussed the issue of financial support for the mentioned projects.
