Pavlo Kovtonyuk, the head of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, and the company’s team express their sincere gratitude to Supervisory Board members Brice Bohuon and Patrick Fragman for their fruitful cooperation, professional support, and significant contribution to the development of corporate governance.

Their expertise, strategic vision, and active engagement in the activities of the Supervisory Board have become vital to strengthening Energoatom’s corporate governance framework amid the unprecedented challenges brought about by the full-scale war.

The company’s head, Pavlo Kovtonyuk, received a letter from Supervisory Board member Brice Bohuon, in which the latter expressed appreciation for the constructive cooperation and synergy achieved during his initial months on the Board.

In his message, Brice Bohuon highlighted his personal meeting with the company’s management and Ukrainian nuclear employees. According to him, the visit provided a deeper insight into the scale of Energoatom’s operation and the exceptional professionalism of the specialists who ensure the stable performance of Ukraine’s nuclear generation daily. He emphasized that the experience had reinforced his confidence in Energoatom’s capacity to remain a reliable pillar for the state and to fulfil its critical mission of powering the country under wartime conditions. Brice Bohuon extended special thanks for the openness, trust, and constructive partnership demonstrated by the Ukrainian team.

Bris Bohuon and Patrick Fragman stepped down from their positions as members of the Supervisory Board of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” ahead of schedule on June 1, because of professional and family circumstances.
