On December 25, 2024, at the Prozzoro site, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” concluded the supply contract (No. 53-129-01-24-03229) with the supplier ATOMENERGORESURS LLC for the purchase of fire-retardant materials. That contract was signed in full conformity with the valid legislation of Ukraine.

The estimated purchase cost was formed at the level of prices of the contracts concluded based on the results of open tenders in 2024.

During market researchers conducted within the framework of development of bid application for the purchase of fire-retardant materials, a proposal for the supply of similar products was revealed on the website of the Polish store www.sklep-firetech.waw.pl.

In the course of business correspondence with the mentioned seller, it was established that the supply of products from the German manufacturer, svt Products GmbH, is carried out through the distributor, the Polish company TOPP (Techniki Ochrony Przeciwpożarowej).

In order to confirm the authority of the distributor, TOPP, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” contacted svt Products GmbH (Germany) directly.

The manufacturer informed Energoatom (see copy of the letter) that it had no business relations with TOPP and warned against concluding any contracts with that company. Instead, the manufacturer informed about authorized representatives for conducting activities on the territory of Ukraine: “IPPK “Spetszaschita” LLC (company code 37778452) and LLC "ATOMENERGORESURS" (company code 43840156), which provide products authorized by the manufacturer at an authorized price.

The tender procedure (UA-2024-11-28-011787-a) for the purchase of fire-retardant materials was carried out on the principle of open bidding for all interested participants who meet the qualification criteria, and the contract was concluded with the supplier in accordance with the auction regulations.

On the website “Nashi Groshi”, the author of the article also mentions that long terms of post-payment for contracted goods and services are a contract disadvantage. We inform you that such a payment term, on the contrary, is beneficial for the Company, since the transaction shall be carried out only after the customer receives the goods.
