The Supervisory Board of Joint Stock Company “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company “Energoatom” (JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, the Company) announces a supplementary competitive selection for the position of Compliance Department Head.

Conditions of work:

   • the annual salary of Compliance Department Head, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” starts from UAH 1,320,000;

   • employment conditions: full-time.

Requirements for a candidate for the position of Compliance Department Head:

   • a citizen of Ukraine, a foreigner or a stateless person with full civil legal capacity;

   • a complete higher education in the field of management/administration or economics, finance, banking, or law;

   • experience in management positions in business entities of the state and/or private sector of the economy and/or in the civil service (equal service) in Ukraine, and/or in companies abroad for at least five years in the field of compliance or related activities (anti-corruption activities and/or risk management);

   • knowledge of the Laws of Ukraine “On the Use of Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety”, “On Public Procurement”, “On Prevention of Corruption”, international standard ISO 37301:2021 “Compliance Management Systems. Requirements and Guidelines for Application”;

   • fluency in the state and English language at least at the Intermediate (B1) level;

   • absence of:

   - citizenship and/or tax residency and/or permanent residence in a state that is/was carrying out armed aggression against Ukraine within the meaning of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Defense of Ukraine”, national/international special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) applied to such a person or the person is not the ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity to which such sanctions have been applied;

   - outstanding or unexpired criminal record, ban on holding relevant positions or engaging in relevant activities;

   - a court decision that has entered into legal force on bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of anti-corruption legislation, legislation on public procurement, on financial services, banking, currency legislation, legislation on financial monitoring, legislation on capital markets and organized commodity markets, legislation on joint-stock companies;

   - conflict of interest within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Joint-Stock Companies” or in case of a possibility of resolving such a conflict of interest in the manner prescribed by Chapter V of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.

To participate in the selection of a candidate for the position of Compliance Department Head, the following documents shall be submitted:

   • application for participation in the selection for the relevant position;

   • obligation to maintain confidential information;

   • written consent to the processing of personal data;

   • curriculum vitae;

   • motivation letter justifying interest in the position and vision of personal contribution to the development of the Company.

The following documents shall be attached to the application:

   - passport or ID card and certificate of residence registration (copy);

   - document of registration for military service (copy) (for citizens of Ukraine who are subject to military service).
