Energoatom – RUN: runners adequately represented the Company at the marathon
On October 12-13, the Kyiv Invincibility Marathon gathered thousands of athletes. Energoatom's corporate team traditionally participated in the event. Energoatom employees covered distances of 5, 10, 21, and 42 km.
On Saturday, October 12, our runners toed the starting line and finished 5K and 10К runs successfully.
On Sunday, October 13, another 51 Energoatom employees conquered longer distances: 46 ran 21 km, and five more ran 42 km.
Marathon (42.195 km):
Vyacheslav Oholenko (SS SUNPP) took 2nd place in the age group 40-49 years in the men's event.
Semi-marathon (21.0975 km):
Aliona Kyslytsia (SS SUNPP) took 1st place in the age group 50-59 years in the women's event.
Mykola Suchok (SS SUNPP) took 2nd place in the age group 60-69 years in the men's event.
In total, the EnergoAtomRun corporate team was represented by 241 participants:
- representatives of the Company's Head office,
- nuclear power plants,
- separated subdivisions of the Kyiv location.
This year, Energoatom's running team became the largest corporate team at the Kyiv Invincibility Marathon 2024 and received a corresponding award.
Unfortunately, Yaroslav Marynenko and Oleksandr Synelnykov, who were runners of our EnergoAtomRun corporate team, will remain “Forever in the first line”. The war claimed their lives.
We are grateful to all Energoatom employees who adequately represented the Company at the Kyiv Invincibility Marathon 2024!
