The winners of the journalist competition “Nuclear Industry of Ukraine: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” have been determined
This year, Energoatom, together with the Ukrainian Nuclear Society, launched a competition for the best analytical article or video on the development of nuclear industry in Ukraine. The contest was launched on the Journalist's Day, June 6. The organizers aimed to encourage media professionals to engage in a thorough discussion and exchange of views.
As a result, the jury selected 4 best entries from all the submissions. Unfortunately, the first place in this creative competition remained vacant. The jury did not agree on a candidate for the highest award.
The second place went to the following entries:
“New Nuclear Cycle. Nuclear energy will change our lives for the better”;
“Nuclear Industry of Ukraine: Development Despite the War”
The third place was also shared by two entries:
“There are reactors. The occupiers will not take them with them. Everything else will be fixed, completed, and repaired.”
“Nuclear answer to complex energy issues”.
We congratulate the competition winners and wish them inspiration and interesting newsbreaks!
As for the first place, it is still waiting for its winner. The contest organizers decided to postpone this nomination until next year. Obviously, the competition is quite promising, the topic is still relevant, and so Energoatom plans to hold it annually. Thus, someone gifted, curious, and not indifferent to the future of Ukrainian nuclear industry has a chance to win the highest award in 2025.
The winning entries will be published on the official web resources of Energoatom and the Ukrainian Nuclear Society and in the information bulletin “Guardians of Light”.
