Just a few days ago, Energoatom SIMULTANEOUSLY, as if on cue, was attacked by several ‘bloggers’, ‘experts’ and even people’s deputies, who synchronously poured out gigabytes of false, inaccurate and manipulative information. They were waiting for a forced and painful decision to raise electricity tariffs to cause public discontent and disappointment.

The pseudo-experts also set out to undermine the team of nuclear workers, disrupt important production activities and the stable operation of the Company. They are well aware that the peak of the maintenance campaign at nuclear power plants is the most challenging and crucial time in preparing for the autumn-winter period. And all this at a time when the volume and reliability of electricity supply to the general public and the country's economy depend on the only surviving basic generation.

The enemy acts under the principle that what cannot be destroyed by attacks from the sky will be done from inside – for money or blindly through ‘bloggers and experts’. It will be undermined from within; distrust and panic will be sown. The bait made in the kremlin's offices will be given to Ukrainian anti-corruption activists, and let them deal with it. Ukraine will not be allowed to develop nuclear generation or build new power units. For this purpose, corruption cases will continue to be invented, carefully translated into English and sent to the United States to destroy the trust and strong cooperation between Energoatom and its American partners.

The biggest information attacks on Energoatom and its management are yet to come. After all, the composition of the Company's governing bodies, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board, will be formed shortly. Therefore, this is the best time for the enemy to discredit and introduce its agents of influence into the Company's management system to undermine the nuclear sector. Energoatom is ready to defend Ukraine's nuclear power industry and will continue to develop it successfully, and to hold not only the energy but also the information front. Within the framework of the current legislation, the Company will defend the rights of Ukrainians to have stable, high-tech and, despite the war, safe nuclear generation!
