The Zaporizhzhia NPP will bring nothing but problems to the occupiers, - Petro Kotin
Currently, the situation at the Zaporizhzhia NPP is similar to the state of the Chernobyl NPP at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russia. Then the occupiers seized the nuclear facility and, in the end, realized that there was no sense. Only problems. Petro Kotin, head of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, reminded about that during his conversation with journalists.
According to him, many factors prevent the ruscists from restarting the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP, including:
• loss of water in the Kakhov reservoir;
• lack of power transmission lines;
• lack of qualified staff.
Moreover, the nuclear fuel at the ZNPP has exhausted its operational life.
“When the crazy political leadership of the russian federation finally realizes that it is technically impossible to restart the ZNPP, and the Zaporizhzhia NPP will bring nothing but problems to the occupiers, they will leave our plant, I think “ Petro Kotin said.
