Petro Kotin has been appointed as Acting Board Chairman of JSC «NNEGC «Energoatom»
Following today's published Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 29, 2023 No. 1420 «On establishing the Joint Stock Company «National Nuclear Energy Generating Company «Energoatom», President of SE «NNEGC «Energoatom» Petro Kot
Hartmut Jacob, Yurii Sheiko, and Oleksandr Ostapovets have been appointed as Acting Company Board members.
The Resolution stipulates that the company is the legal successor of all property and non-property rights and obligations of SE «NNEGC «Energoatom». Its separated subdivisions keep functioning as separated subdivisions of the company (branches, representative offices).
The specified government decision approved:
- Charter of JSC «NNEGC «Energoatom»;
- Regulations on the Supervisory Committee of JSC «NNEGC «Energoatom»;
- Regulations on the principles of the formation of the Supervisory Committee of JSC «NNEGC «Energoatom»;
Under the Resolution, a decision was made on the issuance of the company’s shares. Its planned charter capital amounts to UAH 306 billion 245 million 378 thousand.
