SE «NNEGC «Energoatom» considers putin's ordinance and other «documents» issued in russia in regard to Zaporizhzhya NPP to be void, absurd, and inadequate.
According to the Presidential decree of the President of Ukraine dated October 4 No. 687 «On the Nullity of Acts Violating the Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of Ukraine»
Putin's ordinances on the annexation of Ukrainian territories and any other decisions, acts, and treaties adopted, issued and concluded on the basis and/or in connection with the implementation of the mentioned ordinances of the president of russian federation are considered null and void, i.e. as not having legal implications.
Zaporizhzhya NPP will keep operating in Ukraine, under Ukrainian legislation, in the Ukrainian power system, and for Energoatom.
