Over 800 Energoatom employees are defending Ukraine from russian invaders in different parts of the frontline

Due to our brave defenders, we can all live and work in our country now. Quite a few Energoatom employees are among those to whom we owe this. All of their stories are similar in the main thing: none of them hesitated for a minute to put their shoulder to the country or not. However, each of them has a unique and inimitable story. Moreover, sharing it with the whole country is about courage as well...

Here are five interviews with nuclear workers who were forced by the russian invasion to take up arms and change their usual clothes to military uniforms, and the rear to the front:

Oleh Herasymenko, Energoatom employee:  "Everything was burning around us; the fire was blinding the ruscists, so, we could retreat. I crawled on my hands with broken legs..."

Maksym Sinkevych, an employee of the South Ukraine NPP: "Now everyone needs to be as united as possible, as in the very first days of the full-scale invasion"

Call sign "Typhoon 99", an employee of the Rivne NPP: "Our goal is Victory, and we have to get there"

Call sign "Holy", defender from Khmelnytskyi NPP: "We have to bring this war to an end so that everything is Ukraine"

Call sign "Partizan", an employee of Zaporizhzhia NPP: "Incredible feelings when you storm the enemy's forest belt, and your every step is liberated Ukrainian land"

And remember: every defender is the pride of the entire Ukrainian people!

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
