Main objective of the Conference is to discuss issues on implementation and improvement of safety culture principles during nuclear power plant operation, to assess the current safety level of NPPs, to summarize the progress in safety culture development at Ukrainian NPPs.

 

Topics of the Conference:

  • Analysis and assessment and development trends of safety culture, improvement of organization and management processes related to NPP safety;
  • Human resources management, human factor impact on NPP safety;
  • International experience and projects aimed at improvement of the NPP safety- related management processes;
  • Development of legislative and regulatory support of the management system functioning and formation of safety culture at NPPs.
