Ukraine is also included in this list. At the moment, six national power units are being operated with their extended design lifetime.
In 2016, Zaporozhye NPP entered a new stage of development for itself, but the long-awaited one - the first two power units of Zaporozhye NPP with V-320 reactor plant are successfully being operated with their extended design lifetime. In September 13, 2016, the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine decided to extend the lifetime of ZNPP Unit 1 until December 23, 2025, and in October 3, 2016 the decision was made to extend the lifetime of ZNPP Unit 2 until February 19, 2026.
