Acting President of SE NNEGC “Energoatom”
Pavlo Pavlyshyn was born on April 08, 1967 in settlement Oreshnoye, Mansky district, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Russia. Citizen of Ukraine.
After serving in the Armed Forces and graduating from Odesa Polytechnic Institute, in March 1992 he started to work as an Operator of reactor equipment of Reactor Department No.2 at Rivne NPP.
He worked as an Engineer for reactor equipment operation of Reactor Department No.2, Leading Engineer for reactor operation of Reactor Department No.2.
Since 1998 he was in the managerial positions: Reactor Department No.2 Shift Supervisor, Deputy Head of the Training Center (TC), Head of TC, Deputy Chief Engineer for Operation of power units No.3 and 4 of Rivne NPP, Deputy Chief Engineer for Personnel Training – Head of TC.
Pavlo Pavlyshyn was assigned to the position of Director General of SS Rivne NPP by the Order of the President of SE NNEGC “Energoatom” No.301-K dated June 11, 2012.
Since December 05, 2019 he is Acting President of SE NNEGC “Energoatom” based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1195-р dated December 04, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine No. 896-x dated December 05, 2019 and the Order of SE NNEGC “Energoatom” No. 1510-k dated December 05,2019 “On the Temporary Exercising the Duties of the President of SE NNEGC “Energoatom”.

He has a wife and two sons.
Acting First Vice-President – Technical Director of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”
Valerii Kravets was born on October 10, 1958 in the village of Volove, Bobrkskyi District, Lviv oblast. In 1983, he graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a degree in Nuclear Power Plants and Installations. From September 1985 to July 1987, he worked as a Senior Engineer for Reactor Operation in the Reactor Department of the second stage of Leningrad NPP. From July 1897 to January 2002, he worked at Khmelnytskyi NPP where he worked his way up from a Senior Engineer for Reactor Operation of the Reactor Department to the Head of Reactor Department.
From January 2002 to October 2003, he held various positions in the Directorate of SE ‘NNEGC “Energoatom” – Director of the Lifetime Management Department of the Directorate for Lifetime Management and Decommissioning, Head of the Lifetime Management Section of the Decommissioning and Lifetime Management Department of the Directorate for Lifetime Management and Decommissioning, Head of Lifetime Extension Section of the Lifetime Management Department of the Directorate for Lifetime Extension.
From October 2003 to May 2005, he worked as a duty officer for the technical manager of the start-up group of systems and equipment of the Tianwan NPP reactor department.
From July 2005 to December 2009, he worked as Deputy Director for Lifetime Extension and Modernization of the Executive Directorate for Production of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”, and from December 2009, he worked as Executive Director for Production of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”.
He was awarded with the award pins "Excellence in Nuclear Energy", "Honorary Worker of Nuclear Energy" and "Honored Worker of Nuclear Energy".
Acting Vice-President of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”
Anzhela Depelian was born on December 1, 1962 in Kyiv. In 1985, she graduated from the Kyiv Automobile and Road Institute with a degree in Economics and Organization and Road Transport, qualified as an engineer-economist.
She began her career in June 1984 as an economist at the Regulatory Research Department of the Central Design Technological and Regulatory Research Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
She worked in various positions in commercial and state enterprises.
In 2003-2006 and 2010-2013, she worked in senior positions at SC Ukrtransgaz NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine - Head of the Financial Department, Deputy Director for Economics and Finance, Director of the Department for Financial and Economic Issues, Chief Economist.
In 2006-2008, she worked as Deputy Director for Finance and Director for Finance of the Executive Directorate for Economics and Finance of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”. Since July 2013 - Director for Finance and Budgeting of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”.
In July 2016, she won the first place in the nomination “Best Financial Director in the Economic Sector “Power Generation” according to the magazine “TOP-100. Ranking of the Largest”.
Awarded with the award pins "Excellence in Nuclear Energy" and "Honorary Worker of Nuclear Energy".
Danko V. Biley
General Inspector, Safety Director
SE NNEGC “Energoatom”
Born on February 27, 1954 in the Transcarpathian region, Ukraine. From 1973 to 1976 he served in the Navy on a nuclear submarine. In 1982 he graduated with distinction from Odessa Polytechnic Institute, diploma in the field of nuclear power plants and installations, qualified as thermal power engineer.
He worked at Zaporizhzhya NPP, rising from the position of an engineer of the reactor check-out and test hall up to the general director. Form 1996 to 2000 Biley worked as general director of Zaporizhzhya NPP. Between 2000 and 2002 he served as QA director of NNEGC”Energoatom”, in 2003 he successively occupied positions of production director & deputy head of operating body, technical director& deputy head of operating body of NNEGC”Energoatom”. Since December 2003 Biley has been General Inspector- Safety Director, NNEGC “Energoatom”.
Danko Biley is a Candidate of Technical Sciences. He holds titles of Honorous Power Engineer of Ukraine, Meritorious Nuclear Power Engineer, Distinguished Nuclear Power Engineer.
Nataliya V. Vashetina
Chief Accountant, NNEGC “Energoatom”
Born on December 11, 1956 in Chernihiv region .
In 1981 graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy, majoring in “Agricultural Accounting”.
Worked at managerial positions in state and commercial enterprises.
October З, 1999 – January, 2003 – chief accountant , NNEGC “Energoatom”.
2003-2005 – chief accountant, “Valensye, Ltd.”, “Finansovi Investytsiyi, Ltd.”
In February, 2005 Nataliya Vashetina was appointed chief accountant of NNEGC “Energoatom”.
Awards: “Outstanding Employee of the Nuclear Power Industry of Ukraine”, “Honorary Employee of the Nuclear Power Industry of Ukraine”
