Acting President of SE NNEGC “Energoatom”
Petro Kotin was born on 13 April 1961 in Vladimir.
Petro Kotin graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a degree in "Nuclear Power Plants and Installations".
After graduation in 1985 he was accepted to the position of reactor hall operator at Zaporizhzhia NPP. Petro Kotin has passed all stages of operational management, worked in the field of international activities.
At the headquarters of SE "NNEGC "Energoatom" Petro Kotin headed the production unit, participated in international projects, was repeatedly invited as an expert to WANO and IAEA missions.
By the order of the President of the SE "NNEGC "Energoatom" dated August 27, 2019 Petro Kotin was appointed General Manager of SE "Zaporizhzhia NPP".
Since April 2, 2020 he is Acting President of SE NNEGC “Energoatom” based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 361-p dated March 29, 2020, the Order of the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine and the Order of SE NNEGC “Energoatom”.
He was awarded with the award pins "Honorary Worker of Nuclear Energy", "Excellence in Nuclear Energy" and honors "For a significant contribution to the development of nuclear energy in Ukraine".
Sheiko Yurii Yevhenovych
Acting First Vice-President – Technical Director of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”
Yurii Sheiko was born on October 03, 1963 in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. In 1985, he graduated from Odesa National Polytechnic University with a specialization in “Nuclear Power Plants and Facilities”.
From August 1985 until September 2008, he worked at Zaporizhzhya NPP, where he worked his way up from an Operator of the Reactor Department to a Chief Specialist in Power Units – Head of power unit 2 of ZNPP Operation Department.
Since September 2008, he held managerial positions in Executive Directorate for Production of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”: until January 2010, he held a position of a Head of Production and Technical Department, until May 2012 he held a position of Deputy Director for LTO and Modernization.
From May 2012 until November 2018, he worked as a Director for Production – Deputy Executive Director for Production of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”.
From November 2018 until June 2020, he held a position of a Director General of SS “Atomprojectengineering”, and later he was appointed as Acting First Vice-President – Technical Director of the State Enterprise “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company “Energoatom”.
He was awarded for “Excellence in the Nuclear Energy of Ukraine” and “Honorary Worker of the Nuclear Energy of Ukraine”.
Vice-President of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”
Herman Haluschenko was born on May 1, 1973 in Lviv. In 1995, he graduated from Lviv State University with a degree in law science; also graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade with a degree in management of foreign economic activity, has a Master’s degree in International Management.
Worked in the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The employment records of Herman Haluschenko include managing positions in the central executive bodies. In different periods of time, he held positions of the deputy head of department of the Secretariat (Administration) of the President of Ukraine, director of department on court proceedings of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
In 2013-2014 he worked as an Executive Director on Legal Support of SE NNEGC “Energoatom”. Since 2012 he has been teaching private international law in the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

Is a holder of an honorary title “Honored Lawyer of Ukraine”, is awarded an Order of Danylo Halytsky.
Vice-President of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”
Hartmut Jacob was born on January 11, 1971 in Peitz, Germany. In 1995, he graduated from the Johns Hopkins University (SAIS), USA, with a Master’s degree in international economics and finance. Also, Mr Jacob holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Free University Berlin, Germany.
Hartmut Jacob completed an internship at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, USA.
Mr.Jacob’s professional career includes employment at the World Bank and leading investment banks of Eastern Europe.
Among others, he worked in the capacity of utilities research director at Austrian Investment Bank Creditanstalt (UK office) as well as CEO at investment company Renaissance Capital Ukraine.
He was honored a recommendation from the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies.
Danko V. Biley
General Inspector, Safety Director
SE NNEGC “Energoatom”
Born on February 27, 1954 in the Transcarpathian region, Ukraine. From 1973 to 1976 he served in the Navy on a nuclear submarine. In 1982 he graduated with distinction from Odessa Polytechnic Institute, diploma in the field of nuclear power plants and installations, qualified as thermal power engineer.
He worked at Zaporizhzhya NPP, rising from the position of an engineer of the reactor check-out and test hall up to the general director. Form 1996 to 2000 Biley worked as general director of Zaporizhzhya NPP. Between 2000 and 2002 he served as QA director of NNEGC”Energoatom”, in 2003 he successively occupied positions of production director & deputy head of operating body, technical director& deputy head of operating body of NNEGC”Energoatom”. Since December 2003 Biley has been General Inspector- Safety Director, NNEGC “Energoatom”.
Danko Biley is a Candidate of Technical Sciences. He holds titles of Honorous Power Engineer of Ukraine, Meritorious Nuclear Power Engineer, Distinguished Nuclear Power Engineer.
Nataliya V. Vashetina
Chief Accountant, NNEGC “Energoatom”
Born on December 11, 1956 in Chernihiv region .
In 1981 graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy, majoring in “Agricultural Accounting”.
Worked at managerial positions in state and commercial enterprises.
October З, 1999 – January, 2003 – chief accountant , NNEGC “Energoatom”.
2003-2005 – chief accountant, “Valensye, Ltd.”, “Finansovi Investytsiyi, Ltd.”
In February, 2005 Nataliya Vashetina was appointed chief accountant of NNEGC “Energoatom”.
